  • UPST Office Hours: Tuesdays, 11 AM – 12 PM (support for purchasing, requisitions, supplier management, contracts)
  • Concur Office Hours: Mondays, 3 PM – 4 PM (support for travel & expense and approvals)
  • BuyWays Training Sessions: Topics include Shopper/Requisitioner, Approvers, Supplier Requests, Change Requests, Direct Payment, Blanket Orders, and Contract Requests
  • Concur Training Sessions: Topics include Travel & Expense and Approver workflows
  • Coffee Hour with UMPO A&F: Coffee Hours take place on the third Thursday of the Month from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Spring sessions focus on Fiscal Year End Best Practices and Tips with process owners
