Quick Tips & Key Information
The University of Massachusetts uses eSourcing platforms to manage all bid opportunities. We encourage you to view the Sourcing Director User Guide and review the points below as you conduct business with the University:
- Bid documents may be posted on any of these eSourcing platforms: UMass Sourcing Portal or Biddocs Online, and they represent the official sources of information for all UMass bids.
- Submitting bids via the eSourcing platforms is mandatory. No hard copies will be accepted.
- Questions must be asked within the bid Q&A panel before the Q&A period expires, as outlined in the bid. They may or may not be answered by UPST.
- Bid submissions and registration are free of charge.
- Deadlines are strictly enforced. Any bid that is not received on time will not be considered.
- You may or may not be asked to enter a total amount when submitting a bid. For bids without a total amount, your submitted bid documents will be used.
- Bid documents, bid results, and filed-sub bid results for the University of Massachusetts campuses are posted on the electronic bidding tool used to issue the request.
- For users with an existing UMass Supplier Profile, please use your existing profile to enter any bid submissions.
- If you need UMass Sourcing Portal technical assistance, please contact Jaggaer via phone (800) 233-1121 or submit a Supplier Support Ticket. Jaggaer can assist with issues including:
- Username/Password resets
- Combining multiple Jaggaer profiles
- If you have additional questions regarding UPST processes and activities, submit a request form.
