WHAT: Multiple applications were slow to respond between 12:00 p.m. and 12:10 p.m. today, including HR Direct, Finance, Summit, Procurement (BuyWays), Salesforce, Student (Boston, Dartmouth, Lowell, and UMass Medical), and Document Imaging. Applications are responding normally now. We will continue to closely monitor.

WHEN: This was reported at approximately 12:00 p.m. today.

IMPACT: Team members experienced issues logging in or slowness when logging into or navigating applications. Subsequent attempts to log in will be successful.
