Below are some questions and answers to help guide you through the transition process.

WHEN IS THE BLACK-OUT PERIOD?

The black-out period will start Monday, January 10, and end on January 17.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

UPST will not accept new contract support requests, either through BuyWays (new Contract Request), or Salesforce (Amendment and Renewal). Our focus during this period is to clear existing contract requests to ensure that this change does not impact them negatively.

WHAT IS THE LAST DAY I CAN SUBMIT A NEW CONTRACT REQUEST?

Please try to send your last contract request in by January 10, 2022 4pm.

WILL REQUISITIONS LINKED TO EXISITING CONTRACTS BE PROCESSED?

The black-out period will start Monday, January 10, and end on January 17.

CAN I SUBMIT AN AMENDMENT/RENEWAL/SOW/MSA DURING GO-LIVE BLACKOUT?

No.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY REQUESTS THAT ARE UNDER REVIEW DURING THIS TRANSITION PERIOD?

Your request will be reviewed/processed as normal.
