JAGGAER continues to see increased stability and significantly improved system performance today. JAGGAER's technical teams along with our outside consultants have identified configuration optimizations that will continue to increase system performance.
To implement these changes, we will need to take the US Production Environment offline for maintenance tonight. JAGGAER is planning to perform this maintenance tonight, Wednesday, April 19th, from 9:00 PM until 12:00 AM EDT.
We apologize for the short notice and for any inconvenience this may cause your organization but we are confident it is a necessary step forward to maintain the stability and performance of the Production environment.

JAGGAER has seen increased stability and significantly improved system performance today.
These results are due to a combined effort between JAGGAER's dedicated task force working with our outside consultants to identify additional areas for improvement. Last night we introduced configuration adjustments to our database servers and made additional changes to optimize server memory utilization. We will continue to monitor the environment and look for additional stability and performance improvements to implement.

JAGGAER continues driving solution stability improvements within the eProcurement, Invoicing, Contracts+, Supplier Management, Inventory Management, Sourcing, and Payments products.
JAGGAER's dedicated task force along with 3rd party consultants worked throughout the weekend to further analyze the environment and make additional changes to improve system performance. In accordance with recommendations from our 3rd party consultants, JAGGAER introduced additional servers into the environment as well as enabled additional configuration changes to support increased performance.
JAGGAER has yet to define a timeline for a final resolution, however this continues to be JAGGAER’s highest priority. JAGGAER will send a follow update tomorrow at 1:30 pm EST.

JAGGAER continues driving solution stability improvements within the eProcurement, Invoicing, Contracts+, Supplier Management, Inventory Management, Sourcing, and Payments products based off the memory optimization strategies and increased memory capacity implemented this week. As we still see application slowness, JAGGAER continues to investigate and will implement an increase in the number of database connections available to the application services to continue the improvements.
JAGGAER's dedicated task force will be working throughout the weekend as this continues to be JAGGAER’s highest priority. JAGGAER will send a follow update at approximately 4:30pm EST on Monday.

JAGGAER is aware of intermittent slowness and error messages within the eProcurement, Invoicing, Contracts+, Supplier Management, Inventory Management, Sourcing, and Payments products. JAGGAER has a dedicated task force of teams who are simultaneously investigating multiple areas of the environment including the network, database, and application.
In addition to adjusting the memory optimization strategies implemented this week, this afternoon JAGGAER has allocated significantly more memory capacity to one application server and we are now monitoring those results. As long as results prove successful, we will deploy the same configuration across all servers.
This is and continues to be JAGGAER’s highest priority. JAGGAER will send a follow update at approximately 4:30pm EST, tomorrow.

Access to the BuyWays has been restored.
JAGGAER is aware of intermittent slowness and error messages within the eProcument, Supplier Management, Sourcing, Contracts +, and Invoicing modules. JAGGAER has a dedicated task force of teams who are simultaneously investigating multiple areas of the environment including the network, database, and application. Improvements have been identified and implemented within each of these areas at the end of last week. However, after these first round of improvements, JAGGAER is still seeing performance issues. An emergency database restart was required to support immediate adjustments to continue to focus on application stability. Additional improvements will be implemented tonight.
JAGGAER is continuing to investigate and monitor the application for additional areas to drive performance improvements. JAGGAER will send a follow update tomorrow.
