Approximately 2,500 Bank Cards issued in 2020 are set to expire and will need to be renewed. The Bank Card Refresh ensures continued convenience and security for all users. This page provides all the necessary details and requirements for the renewal process.
Refresh Process

Step1
Complete Cardholder Agreement:
You will receive a DocuSign email with your new cardholder agreement 6-8 weeks before your card expires. Complete and sign the agreement.

Compliance Review:
The Bank Card team will review your completed agreement for compliance. If there are issues, you will be contacted with steps to resolve them.

Receive Your New Card:
After compliance is confirmed, your new card will be mailed to the address listed in your agreement.

Activate Your New Card:
Once it arrives, follow the instructions on the card to activate it. -

Requirements
Before a replacement Bank Card is issued, the following requirements must be met by the cardholder:
- Statement Submissions:
- All Bank Card statements from July 2022 up to your card migration into Concur must have been submitted.
- Each statement submitted must have its own requisition with all detailed receipts attached in BuyWays.
- Replacement Cardholder Agreement:
- A completed Replacement Cardholder Agreement is required.
- Agreements will be issued 6-8 weeks before your card expires to ensure cards are distributed quickly after receipt by UPST.
- Concur Expenses:
- All Concur expenses must be current within 30 days with detailed receipts attached for a new card to be mailed to a cardholder.

- Your new Bank Card will be mailed to the address provided on the cardholder agreement. Ensure your contact information is up to date to avoid any delivery issues.
- Will my card limit or other card details change with the new card?
- The card limit and other details will remain the same unless otherwise notified. If you need to request a change, please use the appropriate Change Request Form.
