Due to the recently negotiated and signed UMass and MHEC contract with Airgas, starting on Monday, January 16th, all Airgas orders will be placed through the BuyWays punchout catalog. The launch of the punchout will ensure you receive contract pricing resulting in lower costs, better management and viability of on-site cylinders, a streamlined ordering process, and minimize additional fees charged by Airgas.
As a result of the launch, all online accounts with Airgas.com will be disabled and your associated customer number will appear in the punchout. This will result in all Bank Card purchasing with Airgas being disabled. The punchout will be very similar to the website and allow quicker processing as well as tracking of your cylinders.
All active blanket POs will be closed 60 days from launch and/or once the final invoice is paid.
In partnership with UPST, Airgas will provide trainings on the dates below. You will not need to register for these dates, just click the link found on the UPST training page. Additional dates will be added at a later date.
