As an employee of the University, you can enjoy contract pricing through the WB Mason employee purchase program for such items as office supplies, coffee & tea. Note this is a limited list of approximately 2000 but includes all of the most popular items.
Pricing will vary slightly from the business site because the delivery fee is included in your price. Delivery is via UPS and prices do not include tax.
Please note that because of the weight of bottled drinks, such as water, soda, etc; these items are not available through this program.
Please keep the following in mind:
- This program is for employees only. Personal accounts will not be accepted. A UMass email is required to create an account.
- Orders must be shipped to your home. No orders for personal items may be shipped to any UMASS System Office location.
- Delivery fee is included. Tax will be added to your order.
- Orders must be paid by personal credit card.
- Personal shopping at WB Mason should be conducted on personal time.

For those of you who have had a WB Mason account in the past, you will need to reach out to WB Mason’s customer support desk to have them update your existing account. Please see page 4 of the WB Mason Getting Started Guide for more information on that.
