Coming your way starting February 2023: a new Supplier Request form and process! The Supplier Request process has now been streamlined to transfer the burden of supplier follow-up from you to the UPST. 

Some major objectives of the new process include:

  • Improve campus/supplier experience
  • Reduce end-to-end supplier request processing cycle time
  • Streamline supplier process by putting UPST immediately after submission to drive end-to-end process
  • One intake form for supplier requests irrespective of supplier type (domestic entity, individual, foreign suppliers, employees, and students)
  • Reduce errors, duplicates and invitation volume
  • Increase visibility on supplier onboarding and usage - supplier dashboard

Some important dates for each campus:

  • February 13th – rollout for Boston, Dartmouth, and the President’s office
  • February 27th – rollout for Lowell and UMass Chan
  • March 13th – rollout for Amherst
