We are excited to share February’s topic for Coffee with UPST! This month’s information session will focus on the revised Scope of Services (SOS) templates for Contract for Services (CFS), Master Service Agreement (MSA), and BuyWays Guided Buying Form for Services Under $50k.

In addition to learning when and how to use each document, the Contracts team will be highlighting best practices and dos and don’ts when it comes to Scope of Services (SOS).
