The University of Massachusetts continues to gain national recognition for its leadership in procurement innovation and operational excellence. During the Jaggaer flagship conference, several organizations were honored for their contributions to and impact within procurement and supply chain functions. The University of Massachusetts was awarded the prestigious Procure-to-Pay Achievement Customer Award, which highlights significant advancements in automation, accuracy, and cost savings.

The Procure-to-Pay Achievement Award recognizes institutions that have effectively utilized JAGGAER's procurement and accounts payable solutions to enhance user adoption, improve compliance, and implement scalable workflows that deliver measurable value. Specifically, the University of Massachusetts was acknowledged for reducing manual invoice processing by 75% through enhanced digital capture, thereby boosting efficiency and accuracy across the system.

The award was accepted at the conference by Michael Durkin, Chief Procurement Officer, and Brian Girard, Deputy Chief Procurement Officer.
