Key Features
UMass uses the Huron employee compensation compliance (ecc) system to certify the effort for all employees paid from federal and federal flow-through funds
Effort certification includes effort commitment review, cost sharing management, certification management, and auditing
Improves compliance and minimizes potential financial penalties
Reduces human error, improves data accuracy, and provides the University with key audit capabilities
