Maintain visa sponsorship records in the sunapsis International Office Module (IOM) with data from PeopleSoft, federal government (SEVIS), and outside counsel databases.
Collect data from internal and external customers through the self-service UMass Visa Information Portal (UMassVIP).
UITS hosts and configures the application, supports use of the application on the campuses, and provides business process and product enhancements

How to Access UMassVIP
- Navigate to UMassVIP
- Select the Login button (the Secure Access Login page will open)
- Enter your UMass Credentials and login
Note: If this is your first time logging in, you will be prompted to complete the Request Account process.
How to Access sunapsis IOM
Employees who require access to the sunapsis International Office Module (IOM) as part of their job responsibilities should make this request to their campus sunapsis superuser. Generally, this is an employee within the International Office or Human Resources.
