How to Access Salesforce Service Cloud

  1. Navigate to the UMass President's Office Salesforce (the Secure Access Login page will open)
  2. Enter your UMass Credentials and login

Note: If you have access to more than one Service Cloud environment (e.g., UPST, A&F, etc.), you will need to use the App Launcher menu Image removed. once you login to choose the application you wish to work in (if not already the default).
