Scope of Services
- Connects systems through APIs, database integrations, and file transfers using the Dell Boomi platform.
- UITS provides support to campuses as a center of excellence including:
- Integration best practices and high-level design strategies.
- Assistance brokering professional services at UMass’s negotiated rates.
- Chairing cross campus collaboration and status meetings.
- Managing vendor relationship, licensing agreements and incident requests.
- Dell Boomi provides free online learning resources. See the resources section below for additional information.
