UMass Office of the President Help Desk
The UMass Office of the President Help Desk provides support to System Office staff. Campus staff members should contact their local campus help desk.
Hours of Operation: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays.

For any service issues, including network or application services, please contact your Campus Help Desk to log a ticket. Campus Functional Experts will respond to tickets and escalate as needed:

How do I request new services?
If you are interested in requesting a new application or solution, please submit a new service request to the appropriate UITS Service Manager or governance body. New service requests will then be reviewed and prioritized.
How do I request an enhancement to a service?
Please follow the current enhancement request process at this time. For more information, contact the appropriate UITS Service Manager or your Campus Business Office.
