3Play Media provides captioning, transcription and audio description services for anyone creating videos and audio-only content, such as podcasts. The captions are uploaded to the video either automatically if hosting through Brightcove, or manually, if uploading to a different video platform, such as Get Inclusive. The transcript is added by a President's Office employee either below a video or audio-only recording, or on a separate transcript page depending on where you are hosting your video or audio file. The captions are used by the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community. Transcripts can be used by both communities as well, and by the neurodivergent and deafblind communities.
