August marked an important milestone for the ERP Modernization Program, as we received the green light from the President’s Council to move forward with the Foundation Phase. Click here to learn more and see what we are planning for September.

In May, the first version of the ERP Roadmap was drafted and shared with campus leadership across HR, Finance, Research, Student, and IT areas. The Roadmap outlines potential options along with associated activities, timelines, and estimated costs. The goal for June is to gather feedback from leadership, which will be incorporated into the next version. Click here to learn more and stay tuned for upcoming updates.

Over the past month, we focused on reviewing ERP recommendations for each pillar based on all roadmap activities. The 2025 Summit marked a major milestone in the project, a key moment that brought together leadership and stakeholders to share, deliberate, and discuss the roadmap recommendations and guiding principles.

As for next steps, Accenture will finalize the guiding principles and deliver a draft ERP roadmap outlining proposed phases and activities for the modernization effort. Click here to learn more.

In March, we completed the Modernization Cases based on the pillars gathered during the stakeholder workshops. April will be a busy month, with many planning activities underway as we move toward completing the ERP Roadmap. Click here to learn more about everything planned for April.

February marked the completion of the ERP Stakeholder Workshops with all groups, and Accenture is now developing roadmap deliverables. March began with Accenture sharing Modernization Cases across the pillars of Human Resources, Finance, Student, and Research for campus-wide review.
