Introducing Project Fast Lane, a multifaceted initiative aimed at enhancing Travel and Expense (T&E) operations across all campuses. Our objectives encompass a comprehensive overhaul of policies and standards, the streamlining of processes, and a technological upgrade. A pivotal milestone in this endeavor is the integration of Concur, a versatile tool designed to facilitate various T&E activities, including:
- Simplified travel booking options
- Convenient mobile app for self-service
- Seamless integration with US Bank
- Enhanced approval visibility, and more
Currently, Concur is rolling out across select campuses, with full-scale campus deployments set to commence in October and continue through the remainder of the calendar year. All campuses are targeted to be fully rolled out by the end of the calendar year.
