Percipio by Skillsoft support provides live chat assistance. They have been found to be very responsive (typically chat starts in 1 minute or less). This is the best option for real-time troubleshooting of users having trouble completing a course. Skillsoft can login as the learner, which allows them to quickly assist learners with any issues.
