Live chat support
Percipio by Skillsoft support provides live chat assistance. They have been found to be very responsive (typically chat starts in 1 minute or less). This is the best option for real-time troubleshooting of users having trouble completing a course. Skillsoft can login as the learner, which allows them to quickly assist learners with any issues. The "Open live chat" button can be found in the Help section in Percipio where you found the link to this page.
