On Wednesday, July 19, 2023, the A&F Leadership Team marked the first anniversary of formally expanding to include both executive and senior managers. Led by SVP Lisa Calise, the A&F Leadership Team meets bimonthly to enhance collaboration across departments, set department-wide goals and objectives (known as the A&F Roadmap), share information, and build upon best practices. The July meeting celebrated Team accomplishments from Roadmap 4.0 (FY23), and set Roadmap 5.0, detailing projects for FY24.
