TASC FSA (Flexible Spending Account) Update
The transition from Benefit Strategies/VOYA to TASC has been completed for the FY23 grace period and runout benefit plans for Healthcare FSA and Dependent Care. The participant accounts for these plans are active and balances are available for use.
If you were enrolled in the FSA in FY23 and have funds remaining and you enrolled in FY24, you will see an additional account, or accounts, added to your account online. These accounts are named Healthcare FSA GP/RO Plan and Dependent Care FSA GP/RO Plan.
If you did not enroll for FY24 but have funds remaining from FY23, you will receive a TASC Card for reimbursement only (MyCash). The available balance(s) for the FY23 plan year will not be on the card and available for use. You will need to pay for your expenses out-of-pocket and submit a reimbursement request.
From the MyCash account, you have a few different ways to access the funds.
Simply use the TASC card for non-FSA purchases
Request the funds be disbursed via check or to a checking/savings account
