The DEIA Communications team keeps a calendar of upcoming diversity awareness months and days recognized either nationally or internationally due to their cultural, historical, or religious significance.

Virtual and In-Person Events Happening this Month
The DEIA Communications team will send out individual communications around the following awareness events this month:
- Wednesday, February 14 at 12:00 p.m. - Lunar New Year Celebration: An in-person event at 50 Washington Street. A presentation about the Lunar New Year by David Cho followed by a Lunar New Year-inspired lunch.
- Friday, February 16 at 12:00 p.m. – Sounding Freedom: The Black Revolutionary Tradition in Song. A virtual Black History Month event with speaker Maya Cunningham, who will present on how music has been a major mode of expression for African Americans.
