Thank you to everyone who joined us for the 2025 DEIA Lunar New Year celebration on February 11th at Westborough! This year marks the Year of the Snake in the Chinese Zodiac. The holiday officially began on January 29th, followed by a 15-day celebration that concluded on February 12th.
During the event, we enjoyed delicious meals and gained insight into the holiday’s significance from our Business Analyst Fellow, Nancy Chac. She shared that Lunar New Year is more than just the start of a new lunar calendar, it is a time for reunion, reflection, and sharing wishes for fortune, prosperity, and peace in the year ahead.

Attendees participated in meaningful traditions, including decorating their own red envelopes filled with candies, writing their hopes for the year on the "Wishing Tree," and capturing memories at the photo booth. The planning committee was thrilled by the incredible turnout and engagement.

Looking ahead, the next Lunar New Year will fall on February 17, 2026, ushering in the Year of the Horse. We can’t wait to celebrate with you again!
