The CRM & Digital Experience (DX) team helps define and shape the landscape across digital channels, including websites, mobile apps, social media platforms, and software. The DX team collaborates with administrative departments to identify business objectives and requirements for digital platforms and technologies. 
Our team builds strategies to meet those objectives, map customer journeys, collaborate in the build process, and provide customized technical support throughout the life of mission critical platforms and products.

The Digital Experience team manages the President's Office digital presence, including the design and development of websites, digital accessibility testing and resources, email marketing administration, and user experience consultation services.

Digital communication channels, including websites, email newsletters, and social media accounts, are primary tools for communicating the benefits that the President’s Office provides to the UMass system and the Commonwealth. Spanning all functions and departments, these digital properties are hubs for information both internally and externally. As such, they must align with the values of the organization and meet strict legal and technical standards.  

The University Information Technology Services Digital Experience (DX) team works with the Communications Department to support your use of digital properties and to ensure they’re built to grow with the changing needs of our community.
