  Ingredients:
Meatballs
- 1 pound of hamburg
 - 1/2 tsp. sugar
 - 1 tsp. salt
 - 1/4 tsp. pepper
 - 1/8 tsp. allspice
 - 2 slices of bread broken into pieces and moistened with enough hot water to soften
 
Sauce:
- 1 c. beef stock
 - 1 c. heavy cream
 - 3 tbsps. flour
 - 1 tsp. salt
 - ½ tsp. black pepper, or more to taste
 
Instructions:
Meatballs
- Mix all ingredients together. Add enough cold water so mixture can be shaped into small balls.
 - Place in casserole with cover and microwave for 7 minutes.
 - Swedish meatballs are usually served on top of mashed potatoes or buttered egg noodles. Both are delicious!
 
Sauce:
- Combine all ingredients in a pot and simmer on the oven until warm.
 - Place on top of Swedish meatballs and either potatoes or buttered egg noodles.
