  • Kielbasa
  • Brown Sugar

Instructions:

  1. Slice Kielbasa into 1.5 inch thick slices.
  2. Place in slow cooker.
  3. Cover generously with light brown sugar.
  4. Cook on high for 2-3 hours or until sugar has dissolved and kielbasa has started to brown.

Personal Story

The genius of this recipe is its simplicity. There are literally two ingredients! You just put them in the slow cooker and turn it on! No measurements even needed. And people LOVE it. There has not been a family get-together in several years where someone didn't whip up a batch :) I have a large family (we had 18 at a regular lunch gathering last weekend!) so any recipe that feeds a crowd with minimal fuss is a favorite.
