In anticipation of the upcoming Solar Eclipse on April 8, 2024, we are delighted to invite you to a special in person "Tell Your Story” event featuring Peter Hughes from UITS on March 13th at 2:00 p.m. in the Commonwealth Room at 50 Washington Street, who will take us on a journey through the history and types of eclipses, unraveling the mysteries behind these celestial phenomena.
Join us for an experience as Peter shares his personal adventure during the 2017 Eclipse, including the epic family road trip that made it unforgettable. Gain insights into what to expect during the upcoming 2024 eclipse, including tips on traffic, eye and camera safety, weather conditions, and accommodations.
Coffee and astronomy-themed desserts will be served!
