We are the primary contact for campus stakeholders needing support with Unified Procurement Services (UPST), Travel & Expense (T&E), UMPO Human Resources (HR), and Treasury services. The team is led by Amanda Onwuka.

Communication services involve delivering clear and prompt messaging through various channels such as newsletters, campus meetings, and website updates, while also promoting campus engagement through activities like town halls, supplier roadshows, and information sessions.

The UMPO A&F function supports the long-term financial sustainability and operational effectiveness of UMass. UMPO A&F partners across the university to collaborate on key services such as budgeting, accounting, human resources, payroll, procurement, travel and expense, treasury, and enterprise risk management. These efforts help enable the university’s mission of educational excellence, accessibility, and affordability.
