We are very excited to bring back our annual UMass Salesforce Day event, hosted by the UMass President's Office. Join us for this year's event, where we'll focus on the practical application of Salesforce across the UMass System. You'll hear about real-world examples of how each UMass campus are using Salesforce to solve key higher education challenges.
The focus will be on sharing use cases, best practices, lessons learned, and discussing how we can better collaborate together across the System with the work we are each doing with Salesforce.
This event will be hosted on Wednesday November 5, 2025 in the Westborough UMass President's Office.
