The preferred method at the University of Massachusetts is to submit a request through our Public Records Request Webform.

Request Details
Please provide a short description of your request (e.g. Campus Operational Budget, Accident Report, etc.).
Provide a short description of the purpose of the request (300 characters or less).
Please be as specific as possible. For example, if you are requesting data reports, please include the specific fields required.
