Visitor and Guest Information
Our regular office hours are 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. Parking is available to all visitors at no cost. Visitors to the South Street facility should park in the designated visitor parking area located on the left hand side of the parking lot outside the main entrance.
All visitors are required to show a form of identification and sign in with security at the front desk. Security will provide a visitor badge and direct guests to their meeting location or to the System Office reception area on the fourth floor. President's Office employees may register their guests in advance by emailing the administrative services team.
Meeting hosts for larger meetings (ten or more guests) should register their guests two days before the meeting date. Please email the administrative services team to coordinate.
Our full service cafeteria is located on the second floor and is managed by Nexdine. The cafeteria is open Monday through Friday, 7:00 am – 1:30 pm and offers a full breakfast and deli, grill, salad bar etc. for lunch. The cafeteria also provides onsite catering.
The UMass System Office has set aside work space for our guests and campus colleagues. Phones, laptop connections and a guest PC are available on a first-come first-serve basis. Please see reception for hotel space.
