Have you heard of Recipient Select Plus (RSP)? RSP is an innovative payment platform powered by Bank of America, designed to give individual suppliers convenient payment options like ACH, Zelle, and PayPal. RSP is available to all existing domestic individual UMass suppliers.
What are the benefits for individual suppliers?
- Easy signup through the UMass supplier portal.
- Eliminates the need for paper checks and dependency on USPS (air mail).
- Improved identity verification processes.
- Multiple payment options, including Zelle, PayPal, and direct deposit.
- Ability to select multiple payment options or switch between options as you need.
I’m a Domestic Individual Supplier, Can I Use RSP?
If you are a current Individual Domestic Supplier, then the RSP portal activation process begins once UMass initiates payment to you. You will receive an email inviting you to create a profile in the Recipient Select Plus (RSP) portal. Then, it's simply a matter of creating your profile. Make sure to include your preferred payment method and provide any necessary payment details requested in the portal. You can also select more than one payment option.
