Will every bank card holder be responsible for submitting/validating their own expenses?

Concur will allow for self-service OR the use of a proxy/delegate in all cases of bank card (validation, expensing, etc.), business expense, and travel expense.

Will travelers enter their travel expenses into Concur or will trip preparers be responsible for this?

Will travel or expense preparers have access to receipts?

Yes, as a travel or expense preparer, you will see receipts under the individual traveler that you have rights to act as a proxy.

When acting as a delegate, can I see the card transactions for the person I am acting on behalf of?

As a delegate you will be able to view bank card transactions for the person you are acting on behalf of. You will not be able to see personal card transactions.

If I enter expenses on behalf of someone as a delegate, does the workflow route to the person's supervisor that I am filling the report out for (not my supervisor)?

Yes, approvals will be based on the supervisor of the expense owner (the person who incurred the expense). Grant funded approvals will be based on the chart fields.

How would a delagate/proxy be able to get the cardholder to approve missing receipt affidavits?

A proxy is unable to fill out a missing receipt affidavit on behalf of a cardholder. The cardholder would need to log in and create a missing receipt affidavit for themselves. Additional training will be provided.
