If changes to itineraries are made within Concur travel, those changes are automatically fed to Sentinel.  If changes are made outside of Concur Travel, that updated itinerary will have to be emailed to Sentinel.

No specific format is needed.  Sentinel has the ability to scan itineraries for details and pull them into the platform.

If UMass enables alerts to travelers, the alert will be sent to all travelers in the impacted area.  There is no ability to send only to certain groups.

Yes, we will be able to include destinations UMass has designated as high risk travel.

It is a one week lookahead associated with Upcoming Travel.

Designated administrators will have access to the dashboard for their respective campus travelers.
