Information needed for pre-travel authorizations will remain consistent with The Business & Travel Expense Policy & Adminstrative Standard (T92-031). The data inputs and fields will be established by risk managers on each campus. 

After completing a pre-travel authorization in Concur, users will receive a code that will be submitted when they are booking travel in Concur

Terra Dotta will no longer be used. We will be using a new pre- travel authorization form with Concur Request.

The future process will sue Concur to do what Terra Dotta does today. Terra Dotta will be retired as a travel registry tool for employees.
