All users will be able to see the status of their own reports. Supervisors will see their employee's reports when they are submitted and pending the supervisor's approval. We are working on determining what additional reports are available for Supervisors to see more information about their team's expenses. 

The Business & Travel Expense Policy & Administrative Standards will remain in effect. The university does not provide cash advances. 

The time that it takes to reimbuse an expense report is dependent on where it sits in the payrool cycle and when the report is approved. Reimbursements will still be through payroll and only occur every other week.
