Will traveling students be able to access Concur?

Only students who are also employees will be able to access Concur.

Will student travel flow through the same pre-authorization process?

Initially, Condur will only be used for employees. We are reviewing how pre-travel authorization will work for students and guests of the university.

Does this project affect non-employee travel processing or will that process stay the same (through a PO)?

There is currently no change to our processes for non-employees.
