Equipment and supply purchases will be handled in the same way as all other expenses. An expense report can be created by self-service or proxy (delegate). The expense report submitter can then add out-of-pocket transactions and/or bank card transactions.

Concur will replace PeopleSoft for all travel and non-travel expenses.

Yes, Concur does not allow for creating automatic reoccurring expenses. However, you can copy expense reports and change the date.

Yes. 

Reports need to be fully approved to reimburse the employee. If more than one speedtype needs to be used, that is possible. The report will need to be approved by each speedtype's assigned approver before being sent for payment. 

As a delegate you will not have a way to send a notification to users you have access to through Concur. You can do that via email. If the user has pending bank card transaction that have not been allocated in a timely manner, they will receive email notification from Concur to add hem to an expense report and submit for approval. 

The Business & Travel Expense Policy & Administrative Standards will remain in effect. Expense reports should always be submiteed after the charge has been incurred or after travel has commenced. To comply with tax regulations, expense reports should be submitted inside of 120 days.
