When creating an expense report for a trip, the expense report submitter will be able to select bank card transactions to "drop in" to the trip's expense report. This will allow for differentiation between non-travel and travel expenses.

Yes, non-travel and travel-related expenses will all be within Concur. In the expense report module, the payment type field will indicate if the expense was bank card related.

Concur allows for delegates to view cards and transactions for each user that they are able to act on behalf of. Delegates will be able to allocate which transactions belong to the appropriate account.

Bank Card transactions will be paid on the current settlement schedule with US Bank.  Bank Card transactions should be reconciled in Concur within 30 days of the transaction.

BuyWays will no longer be used for travel and expense once Concur is implemented. All supervisor reviews/approvals will take place within Concur. Both bank card and out of pocket expenses will be approved in Concur via electronic workflow approval.

No, DocuSign will no longer be used in the travel and expense process once Concur is implemented. The bank associated with bank cards will be linked to Concur and all transactions will feed into the platform automatically. Any steps for prior approval/approval that would have been done in DocuSign (such as signatures) will take place in Concur.

Yes, you will still have bank cards, they will now be processed through Concur instead of Buyways.

Only unsubmitted transactions will appear in your available transactions.

Declining Bank Cards are currently not integrated within Concur and you should continue old processes. 

All transactions on your US bank card, regardless of type will be appear as transactions to allocate within Concur. 

Concur allows both the bank card holder or their delegat(s) to allocate expenses that are automatically imported into Concur. 

We will be providing details on the timeline for bank card statements and transcations closser to when you get access to Concur. 

There is currently no change to our processes for non-employees.
