Bank of America has recently implemented Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for the Recipient Select Plus (RSP) system. This new requirement mandates that suppliers register a valid phone number, choose a method for receiving one-time passwords (OTP), and complete the MFA enrollment process before they can access the portal.
