The new Administration & Finance Support Services (ACCESS) Team is here to provide centralized, strategic support for the UMPO Administration & Finance (A&F) departments. We have a great team here to help, led by Amanda Onwuka.

Customer Service

Contact center services include calls, chatbots, emails, and case management to address customer needs and escalate issues to specialists as necessary.

Training

Support for training and program development related to end-user processes and tools, such as BuyWays and Concur.

Communication services involve delivering clear and prompt messaging through various channels such as newsletters, campus meetings, and website updates, while also promoting campus engagement through activities like town halls, supplier roadshows, and information sessions.

The Data Analytics team provides reports, dashboards, and automation to support data-driven decisions for UPST.

Who is the UMPO A&F? 

The ACCESS team is a department under the UMass President’s Office, Administration & Finance (A&F) department. UMPO A&F guides resource management, strategic planning, and operations for the university system. Focused on long-term financial health and service delivery, A&F plays a vital role in advancing the UMass mission of excellence, accessibility, and affordability. By overseeing critical functions, including budgeting, HR, procurement, treasury, and risk management, A&F ensures that the university is equipped to meet the needs of its students, faculty, and communities.
