Can employees get a tour of the new space?

We are currently working on a plan to provide staff the opportunity to see the space prior to move-in.

Will the hybrid work schedule change with the move to the new location?

We will continue with a hybrid model.

Who do employees talk to if they have questions about the move or the new location?

Department ambassadors or submit through the Q&A form on the project website.

How will mail work in the new office?

The UMPO has a dedicated mail room in Westborough managed by the Operations team. More details to be shared at move in.

Will I receive a new building badge before I am required to report to the Westborough office?

Yes.

What if I forget my badge, how will I get into the office (I usually arrive at 6:30 am)?

The office is accessible during normal business hours, currently M-F 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. A building badge is required for non-business hours.

How will campus visitors book spaces?

It is up to the UMPO member to organize and facilitate meetings. Conference centers will be available for bigger groups.

Will there be reserved and vistor parking as there is now in Shrewsbury?

There will be reserved visitor parking but the rest of the parking is open to anyone.

If someone has covid, what is the expectation of going into the office?

The covid quarantine guidelines have been lifted but if you are sick you are not expected to come into the office.
