Every year, the University undergoes an upgrade to HR Direct.

The upgrades are essential, as they allow us to remain compliant. They also account for retiring functionality within the calendar year. Technology is reviewed and updated according to the needs of the project. 

Upgrades are inclusive of new software and hardware. Execution generally includes a code freeze, with exceptions made for regulatory needs.

Upgrades consist of: 

  • Tools 
  • Database and Application Updates 
  • Fixes to existing problems (provided by Peoplesoft) 
  • New functionality 
  • Retrofit of existing functionality
