Phase 0 will produce a systematic approach and plan for the potential of a future CRM implementation project, determine business value and identify common goals, provide a clear governance structure, and outline what success looks like.
 

  • Phase 0 is dedicated to assessing the current state, aligning on vision and desired business outcomes, and mapping a corresponding plan to drive transformational change in UMass Advancement.
  • In Phase 0 we analyze processes and systems to fully understand the requirements across departments and business units in order to develop options and recommendations for future action.
  • During Phase 0 we enable our Advancement organizations to make educated decisions about the options and recommendations put forward by the Salesforce team.
