What is the MRO Program?
The Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO) Sourcing Program is a system-wide initiative designed to make purchasing easier and more cost-effective across all UMass campuses. Working in collaboration with the Massachusetts Higher Education Consortium (MHEC), the Unified Procurement Services Team (UPST), and your campus MRO Advisory Team, UMass has identified preferred suppliers who provide competitively priced, high-quality goods and services—ensuring fast access, legal compliance, and operational efficiency. Whether it’s HVAC parts, janitorial supplies, or industrial tools, the MRO Program helps streamline sourcing while delivering value and service.
