The ACCESS Team serves as the first line of support for campus stakeholders and partners who require UPST, Travel & Expense, UMPO Human Resources, and Treasury services. In addition to supporting the overall UMPO A&F departments in meeting their day-to-day objectives.
Our services to the UMass system cover:
Customer Service
Contact Center services (calls, chatbot, emails, and case management).
Resolve customer needs and escalate to specialists as appropriate.
Training
End-user process and tool (BuyWays, Concur, etc.) training support and program development.
Communication
Clear and timely messaging through multiple channels like newsletters, campus meetings, and website updates.
Drive campus engagement activities like town halls, supplier roadshows, and information sessions.
Analytics (UPST)
Reports, dashboards, and automation to support data-driven decisions for UPST.
