Program discontinuation is a permanent termination of a program that does not have students enrolled in it, and which has been formally suspended for at least 10 years. A discontinued program cannot be reactivated.
This action will require acknowledgement by the BHE or its proxy, but no action by the UMass Board of Trustees.
