Academic program and curriculum changes are managed by the Academic Affairs, Student Affairs & Equity department.

Timelines, requirements and processes will be dictated by the type of action; from creating an entirely new major or minor to modifying a program description or number of credits. Many processes require approval or notification to the Board of Higher Education and/or approval by the University of Massachusetts Board of Trustees.

Your academic program or curriculum change request starts here by choosing the type of action you are requesting.
