Use Robin on the web at https://dashboard.robinpowered.com/umassp/ OR search the App Store or Google Play store to download the Robin app on your mobile device. 
You can also quickly access Robin from the UITS product catalog, or from the UMSO Links bookmarks folder.
When prompted, use the "Continue with Microsoft" to login using your full email address and password.

Robin features an Outlook Add-in to allow reserving a space, but not desks, when creating a new Outlook meeting. This add-in is already installed on your UMSO device.
After you click "New Meeting" in Outlook, look for the Robin button in the Outlook toolbar. Robin is only visible when in the appointment details view as you schedule your meeting, not the main Outlook window.
If prompted by the add-in for the organization name to sign in, use "umassp"

You can use Robin to add a Zoom meeting to your space reservation. Before using this feature, you must complete a one-time setup. Click your avatar in the top right corner of the Robin website, select “User Settings”, then “Integrations”. Click “Connect” next to Zoom and follow the prompts to sign in. (Remember to use the SSO sign in option if prompted by Zoom and enter “umassp”.)

Department file and storage rooms are available at the new office location.  Guidelines for managing these shared areas are being developed.  Day-use lockers are available for employees.

There will be 34-inch monitors and two 24-inch monitors, a map will be available with those areas. Everything in open office areas is getting a large single monitor and offices are getting two 24-inch monitors. But internal audit and OGC will have their equipment similar to how it is set up now.

Same-day desk reservations are allowed in Robin. If necessary for "overflow" there are large conference rooms that can be accommodated for daily use.
